Information for patients during the Covid-19 outbreak

You will be aware from regular news releases that the situation regarding Covid-19 is changing across the country on a daily basis. We are following current protocols and guidelines, issued by our regulatory bodies, and have temporarily stopped all routine dental services.

As always, my team and I are committed to providing you with the best service we possibly can under the circumstances. We are contacting all patients who are booked in for non-emergency treatment to postpone their immediate appointment until a time when it is safe for us to resume our extensive range of dental treatments to all patients.

We are still here to deal with your queries or emergencies and are taking calls during normal office hours when we will deal with them following the guidelines given to us. The Denplan emergency insurance will still be valid for those with the supplementary cover and the Denplan Helpline will still be available for advice on 0800 844999 or via https://www.denplan.co.uk/patients/dental-emergency-support

We will be in contact to rebook your planned appointments for the near future and after this crisis is over, we will be opening the Practice for extended hours until we are back on track.

Thank you for your continued loyalty to the Practice and stay safe and well during these uncertain times.

Yours sincerely,

Simon Welch
